How to request deletion
Send an email to info@ashhkaro.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the full name and phone number on your account so we can verify the request.
Once we verify your request, we will delete your account. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details (name, email, phone, country, province, city);
- Your bookings and appointment history;
- Your property tour requests and event registrations;
- Your reviews, ratings, and wishlist;
- Your memberships, vouchers and referral records tied to your account;
- Any identity or business documents you submitted for verification (CNIC, NTN, ownership licence);
- Any payout bank details you saved;
- For sellers, your business and property listings, services, availability, events, and any files you uploaded (logo, shop photos, product images, property photos and videos, catalog PDFs, advertising banners).
What we may keep
We may retain certain records where we are required to by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, transaction, payment, payout, commission, or tax records, and the outcome of a verification check. Feedback and reports you sent us may be kept without your name attached. Content already shown publicly, such as a review, may remain visible in anonymised form where removing it would misrepresent a seller's rating history. If your account has paid purchases or an active business or property listing, we may need to close those out first, and we will tell you if that affects the timeline. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary and remains protected under our Privacy Policy.
